stop eating.
1. Cholao
The cholado, popularly known as "cholao" is a topical fruit salad department of Valle del Cauca (Colombia). With a base of shaved ice, fruit, syrups of different flavors and condensed milk are added. Among the fruits used they are: banana, green apple, kiwi, strawberry, coconut, papaya, pineapple.

3. Champus
In the Colombian department
of Valle del Cauca the valluno champus is thinner, served very cold soda, still
very popular in any season, and is one of the traditional drinks of the city of
Santiago de Cali and throughout the department. Unlike other countries and
regions where the champu is taken as a hot beverage in the Valley it is
consumed cold accompanied by pies with chili or the also traditional pandebono
and the recipe is defined as a mixture of molasses (honey) brown sugar, corn ,
naranjilla or lulo, pineapple, cinnamon, cloves and bitter orange leaves.
